I call this flag because it looks like one.. hehe. I had a hard time blending the colors because they were sticking to the primer so well! ;) Nevertheless, I really love this look. The colors are so vibrant and gorgeous!
Colors used: All Hi-Fi Cosmetics~ Crystal Moon (inner 1/3), Punk Rocker (middle), Jingle Bell Rock (outer), Glass Memories(crease). First I just applied them over primer, but then I wanted a more vibrant look, so I applied another layer using Orglamix Cosmetics Transformer liquid. :-D
